Under Clause 4.1 of the Power Purchase Agreements referred to above, we confirm that the 334.80 kWp rooftop solar system at your Bangsaothong site has been completed, connected to the PEA network and commissioned, and has been in commercial operation since 22 July 2026 (the “Commercial Operation Date”). All three phases share this date.
